At upper ground floor interior: insulated linings and new fitted joinery to modern extension; restore plaster mouldings; rehang existing doors to hand. At first and second floors replace interior modern doors with traditional panelled doors; new bathrooms with associated drainage; internal insulated wall linings; new cornice to front room. At first floor open up fireplaces with new chimney pieces, hearth and linings. At second floor new access hatch and ladder to loft.
