1. Agreement

By using MetisOS, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Service Description

MetisOS provides planning application data and intelligence tools for the UK construction and property sectors.

3. Account & Payments

• You must provide accurate registration information
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice

4. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Use MetisOS for illegal purposes
• Scrape or abuse our API beyond rate limits
• Share your account credentials
• Resell MetisOS data without permission

5. Data Accuracy

Planning data is sourced from public council portals. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee it. Use at your own risk.

6. Service Availability

We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses due to downtime.

7. Intellectual Property

MetisOS platform, design, and proprietary algorithms are owned by Metis Intelligence Ltd.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages or losses exceeding the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

9. Termination

We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel anytime.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
